Bids & Vendor Registration

The Town of Spencer has partnered with Vendor Registry help manage and streamline manual, paper-intensive purchasing processes, saving much needed time moving toward digital government. Vendors can self-register to do business with the Town and keep your information up-to-date. The Town can post bidding opportunities, quote requests and awards, so it's easier for vendors to find.

Purchasing is a process in acquiring goods, services, or construction. The Town Manager and a Department Head is generally the initial contact for contractors to acquire goods and services. The Town Manager oversees a purchasing process that assures impartial and equitable evaluation of bids and proposals from vendors and helps agencies to establish fair and reasonable contracts. In the event of a contract dispute or claim resolution, the Town Manager acts as mediator.
